1. Ten sets of round knife in the machine to slit the paper material. 

2. Unwinding and rewinding controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch.
3. Use one photocell to web guide the material.
4. Manual tension control.
5. Have meter counting system.
6. Use frequency inverter to control the speed.
7. Have a wasting fan.
8. Have one 3 inch air shaft for unwinding, two 3 inch air shafts for rewinding.
9. Have auto stop function when material going to run out
